Merry Christmas!

In fine mathematical tradition, I have three Christmas presents for you on this happy day.

The first is the link to Julie Vivas’ winsome illustration of the Nativity. The angel wears Doc boots and gets more raggedy as the story progresses.

The second is my favourite of St Paul’s nativity videos. I dare you to watch without squealing at the cuteness.

And the third is a little something from (Australian) national treasure, cartoonist and poet Michael Leunig:

Love is born
With a dark and troubled face,
When hope is dead
And in the most unlikely place;
Love is born,
Love is always born.

May something hopeful be born in your world today.

Do you want to use one of these shiny sharing buttons?

    Merry Christmas Thalia!! I showed the boys the video and they cracked up for the rest of the afternoon/evening repeating “there was sheeps and animal poop”!! Boys! 😉 My favourite is the wise man who gets left behind!
